Free general admission on Thursday is courtesy of Shell Oil Company Foundation.

1.	Discounted exhibition tickets are available to senior adults (65+), students with ID, and children (6-18).
2.	Sponsor and Benefactor members receive unlimited free admission and free audio tours for themselves and guests.
3.	The general admission fee includes viewing the MFAH permanent collection and most exhibitions. Certain exhibitions are ticketed and require an additional admission charge. Advance purchase is recommended.
4.	Antenna Audio Tours are available as part of many ticket options. The audio tour available with the general admissions features about 300 works from the MFAH permanent collection, A special exhibition ticket includes an audio tour of highlights of the ticketed exhibition, if available, and the audio tour of the MFAH permanent collection.

Free Admission

Children (5 and under) and Glassell School students receive free general admission.

Children (18 and under) with a Houston Public Library PowerCard or any Public Library card receive free general admission on Saturday and Sunday.

Visiting Cafe Express, Hirsch Library, MFAH Shops, and Glassell School exhibitions does not require paying an admission fee to the MFAH.

Teachers may visit the Kinder Foundation Teacher Resource Center without paying admission to the MFAH

• Take Loop 610 to the south.
• Take the US-59 North exit towards downtown Houston.
• Take the Greenbriar exit and go south.
• Take Greenbriar to Bissonnet.
• Turn left on Bissonnet, and continue 1.25 miles to Main Street.
• The museum is on the right.
• The MFAH Visitors Center and Parking Garage is located 1 block beyond the museum, at the corner of Binz (Bissonnet becomes Binz) and Fannin Streets.
• Approximate total distance is 6.5 miles.
